  • FREE SHIPPING OFFER APPLICABLE ONLY TO ADDRESSES WITHIN CANADA WITH SOME RESTRICTIONS

  • ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR SOME REMOTE DESTINATIONS & BULKY/HEAVY/OVERWEIGHT ITEMS
  • IN CASE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO SHIPPING
  • all new products are subject to the terms & conditions of the original manufacturer’s warranty
  • for local purchases, most warranty issues can be handled ‘over the counter’ for your convenience (some exclusions apply)
  • all new products are subject to a 14-day exchange period  ONLY for what we feel is a reasonable & fair time period for assessment
  • sales are final as we no longer offer refunds but will exchange or credit if an item is defective
  • sales are final for products that are affected by personal hygiene (eg. wind instruments) , PRE-OWNED/USED/CLEARANCE items, & any copyrighted products such as books, DVD’s, or software.  Consequently, returns nor exchange are possible unless in case of a defect
  • store-owned used items are subject to a 24-hour inspection period & can be exchanged for store credit only
  • new clearance items are final sale & all warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer
  • all returnables for exchange or credit must be returned in original condition & packaging as at the time of purchase, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will be deducted
  • intent to return an item must be communicated in writing before we can authorize & issue an RMA
  • buyer assumes all costs & responsibilities of return shipping
  • original shipping charges incurred by Mojo Music will be deducted against the credit amount (this includes shipping costs incurred by Mojo Music for FREE SHIPPING)
  • credit will not be rendered until the item has been returned, assessed & deemed a valid claim
  • any return claims found to be false or simply due to post-purchase remorse will have no further recourse & should you want the item back, you are responsible for the shipping of the previously 'returned' item
  • all special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit with balance to be settled upon delivery/pickup of the custom order
  • there are no refunds for custom orders because they are 'custom' and to your specifications
  • layaway merchandise can be held for no longer than 60 days (deposit can be exchanged for store credit only at any time within the layaway period)
  • out of country purchasers should expect additional customs &/or brokerage fees depending on the shipping company used (Mojo Music is not responsible for these additional charges/fees)
  • all shipped items are declared for the invoice amount to allow for recourse should a shipping claim be required for damaged or lost goods by the courier
