ANAHEIM WAS ALL-TOO BRIEF, THERE IS MUCH EXCITEMENT & NEWS FOR
MOJO MUSIC TO SHARE! WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY, THIS WAS OUR 2010
EXPERIENCE..........
We begin here, at the Anaheim Convention Center. Contained within these walls are thousands of exhibitors from the Musical Instrument Retail Industry. The size of multiple football fields, it is a haven for industry personnel & gear enthusiasts alike, who will get a chance to see the latest & greatest from all the manufacturers. The warm weather & swaying palm trees add to the charm of this annual Winter event.
To the bottom left of this picture, you will notice Egnater's soon to be released 'Tweaker' all-tube rigs. We received the 411 on this line, and were impressed with its versatility, styling, & price-point.

.....and inside, just to get a scope of how huge this convention was!
Every shape & form of an 'Orange' was present.
Our visit to the Heritage Booth proved to remind us of the sheer quality of these American-made guitars.

This was the highlight of the trip for Mojo - an honest to goodness hang with the man behind Carr Amplifiers, Steve Carr. Great amps AND a great guy!....and a great way to wrap up our report.
ONLY 2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND WE'RE ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO NAMM 2011!

SEEN!
You THINK you've seen some good relics, but we challenge you to pick this one up, inspect it thoroughly, & plug it in - all without wanting to take it home on the spot! What makes a 'good' & believable relic?
For starters, realistic wear that can only be had by 'building' the finish up (100% nitro, of course), and then tearing it all down - no shortcuts. Add hand-wound pickups (Nunley's, in this case) that sound 'just right', & fit the body with a well-worn neck with some substance. It's a recipe for success.
These rock n' roll relics are the LEADERS in this genre & the love and care that Billy puts into these are evident!
Our 2nd Blonde 'Whiteguard' is nearly complete, and a 3rd Blonde 'Blackguard' is in the works. These take a while to make, so come on down soon to check this one out.
