- all new products are subject to the terms & conditions of the original manufacturer’s warranty
- most warranty issues can be handled ‘over the counter’ for your convenience (some exclusions apply)
- all new products are subject to a 7-day refund & 30-day exchange policy
- sales are final for instruments that are affected by personal hygiene (eg. wind instruments) , consignment items, & any copyrighted products such as books and DVD’s
- all consignment items are sold ‘as-is final sale’ with no implied warranty
- store-owned used items are subject to a 24-hour inspection period & can be exchanged for store credit only
- all returnables must be returned in original condition as at the time of purchase
- a 5-10% restocking fee will apply to opened merchandise that renders the product as ‘used’ depending on its condition at the time of return
- special orders (non-stocking items) for items over $100 require a minimum 20% deposit before ordering (deposit is non-refundable & can be exchanged for store credit only, unless other written arrangements are made at the time of sale)
- special orders (non-stocking items) for items under $100 are required to be paid in full before ordering
- without a cross-reference for your original receipt, a refund or exchange will not be possible (no exceptions allowed)
- the refusal to leave a name as cross-reference will void any future refund, exchange, or warranty claim
- layaway merchandise can be held for no longer than 60 days (deposit can be exchanged for store credit only at any time within the layaway period)
- terms & conditions are subject to change without notice
Consignment & Trade-In Policies
THE ‘RULES OF
ENGAGEMENT’..........


- consignment fee is 15%
- a consigned item must stay a minimum of 2 months before withdrawal from our inventory
- premature withdrawal of a consigned item will be subject to a 2.5% early withdrawal fee
- consignment fees & early withdrawal fees are based on the selling price of the consigned item
- all consignment items must be in good working order before consigning (unless otherwise stated at the time of consideration)
- trade-in or buyout items are subject to market conditions at the time of consideration
- consignment payouts & buy-out items are either paid via cheque or store credit
- only the name on the consignment form is authorized to receive the consignment payout
- we reserve the right to refuse any used or consignment item
- we reserve the right to disassemble used items to verify authenticity
- personal identification & signature is required for any consignment, trade-in, or buy-out arrangement
- terms & conditions are subject to change without notice

"Even though we now occupy the same premises, Mojo Music has absolutely no affiliation (past, present, or future) with the now defunct 'Revolution Music', or it's current portfolio of business guises - 'Revolution Galleries', 'Inkling Studios', & 'Guitars on 5'. Mojo has risen solely on it's own merits, credentials, & resources. Our legacy will be that of our own, and we bid the proprietor of the 'Revolution Music' umbrella - good luck. Any rumours of an affiliation, business or otherwise, is completely false and will be deemed as inappropriate slander. Case closed. So it shall be written; so it shall be done."

Such antagonistic individuals will be diplomatically asked to leave IMMEDIATELY & will NOT be serviced, until they wish to return in a more civilized, reasonable & mature state of mind.
