Such antagonistic individuals will be diplomatically asked to leave IMMEDIATELY & will NOT be serviced, until they wish to return in a more civilized, reasonable & mature state of mind.
We are ecstatic with our ever-growing loyal legion of fans which grow by the day, & we will not let our groundswell of genuine 'community atmosphere' be threatened or impeded by a stray few who have no such interest in peace, harmony, & goodwill."
